Terms

Sodality Stays hosts a directory and optional websites for vacation-rental hosts. A live link costs $5 a month. That fee is for the listing and, when used, the hosted site. It is not a commission on a stay.

Guests book with the host. Sodality Stays is not the merchant for the stay, does not hold the guest's payment, and does not provide insurance or a resolution service.

Hosts are responsible for their right to rent, their photos, house rules, guest safety, permits, and lodging taxes.
